How to install Airalo eSIm
Airalo’s app is designed to make is super easy and straight forward to install your Airalo eSIM. You might have to adjust some settings on your phone too, but in most cases you don’t. Make sure your roaming is on and that your phone is eSIM compatible. Just give the installation a try and if you’re having any trouble connecting to the internet, Airalo is happy to help you with their troubleshoot guide or through their 24/7 customer support.

Is my phone eSIM compatible?
In order to install an Airalo eSIM your phone must be eSIM compatible. The iPhones models 11 and later are compatible as also the Samsung Galaxy models S20 and later. Also Google Pixel, Sony, OPPO and other brands have eSIM compatible devices. Check the full list of eSIM compatible phones on Airalo’s website.

– Functions available on the live network depend on the carrier’s network and related services deployment.
Good to know about Airalo & eSIMs:
- Airalo gives you Airmoney with every purchase or top up. You’ll get 5% of each transaction returned as Airmoney in your Airalo account. This credit can be used for future purchases.
- eSIMs provide data-only connection. Although you can’t call or text with your eSIM, you still can receive phone calls and SMS from your physical sim card. Your eSIM is installed digitally while your traditional sim card is still in your phone.
